Does anyone have a photo of how the demister/defroster connect to the dash (hose routings and such) and the cutouts on the dash under the demister grill, thanks

Hi,
Photo 1 shows the demister ducts tie wrapped as from the factory after the dash is off. The duct on the bottom goes to the right side eyeball vent.

As the hoses come out of the heater unit:
The forward top hose goes to the left demist.
The aft top is right demist
The forward bottom hose goes to the left eyeball vent
The aft bottom goes thru the dash front, along the front, back into the dash, then to the right eyeball vent
The second photo shows the left eyeball below the left demist from the cowl side.

The eyeball hoses are longer than needed so route them and pull them thru the dash so you can connect them to the vents before the dash is fully in. The factory used super glue but I used electrical tape to ease service. Tie the demist hoses as shown and push/pull the end of the hoses into the slots cut into the dash. There are no fasteners, just get a twist of the hose thru and cover it with the vented cover.
