Everyone

We have decided to re introduce our Monocoque chassis.

These were originally produced back in the early 90's but the market at that time was not ready for them.

Although we have had a constant trickle of requests for them on a regular basis over the years we now feel that the time is right to put them back into full production.

In the past we have produced an aluminium version, a stainless steel version and a mild steel version.

The appearance is very similar to that of the original monocoque but the roof section is moulded in GRP.

I will post some pictures in the next few days.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.

This is very exciting news. I talked to you about this in the early 90's but never got there. Any info on pricing and production times would be helpful. What type of f/r body sections are you using as well as suspension details.

Andy, Too bad you couldn't slip a mono chassis in with Scott's shipment so we all couls see a chassis in person. Also, what do all the different chassis weigh?

Pricing will be released early in January and it will be extremely competative.

Delivery time will be March.

We are using GRP front and rear sections.

Scotts car chassis 875 will be leaving the factory in the first week in January so there is no time to include a Mono in that shipment.

Our space frame weighs 249 lbs and the steel Mono weighs 330 lbs.

ZF is an option

Pictures will be posted here and on our web site the end of next week.

Thanks

Happy New Year

We sold quite a few in the early 90's but they were expensive to produce compared to our spaceframe.

Times have changed and we can now produce them for a price which is much more reasonable.

We already have some advanced orders placed subject to pricing.

Thanks

Andy

Thanks for the comments.

Yes Scotts chassis is #875. Remember we started production back in 1989.

2008 will be our 19th year of continual GT40 replica production.

Thanks

Andy
