U have a very liberate police in Germany; licence plates readable, and U`r name even on tape = in Finland lisence off for 6-12 months at least, and being in jail for few months too.
Some weeks a go some young finn dude filmed his pathetic 200 km/h fly -at nite- (5am) in 80 km/h area, put it on Youtube, gestap.. police saw it, when asked guy admit "the crime" -> 6 months (first timer, no must to go in), and about 1 year ban.... Only one parking ticket in that 6 months, and here U go; dont pick up the soap

Excellent video...love that in-car footage. It kind of makes my 130 mph runs in my old 2001 Ford Lightning pickup look like a trip to the store..!
