Ohhhh!! you have found some genuine swedish insanity!! 13 gearboxes went thru that car in one season they didn´t leave it in one piece.. 760hp i belive it was, the car has a audi 20valve 5cyl 2.2litre engine orignaly 230hp, standard in audi s2 up until 94 or so. I´m active on a wedish internet forum there is a thread there about this car, and the lingo in that thred is very different for example:
snigel snail in english = turbocharger i ques this is used in english too
växellåda, gearbox in swedish =fläskkorv which means directly translated, porksausage (there is no english word for it)
and much much more very amusing too read.. |
