And a great way to end the afternoon, undock, and head home (at minimum adhesion on the curvy on-ramp to I-40).

Couldn't quite make out what Bondurant said as Lance was opening his door. Anyone catch that?

Bob said: "Wow, this thing is fantastic"

That day was like Christmas here at the School with Lance bringing out the Superformance fleet for Bob to drive.

The MK2 ran a 427 BB motor?

Very nice, in 1 shot dunno if it was me or not, but in that S bend, it looked like the car was leaning heavily to 1 side on the left turn.

Alan

Thats a pretty broad statement.

My 40 is not set up for racing but it handles like a dream and has very little body lean.

Having had it on Wakefield Park Raceway and on the road (20,000 Km's) I could not be happier with the way it handles.

Sorry. The sarcasm isn't so obvious unless you've been following some of my other "comebacks". And if you haven't, you're lucky!
