exporting a motorcycle from the UK.

I'm going to buy a motorcycle from the UK and Export it to Kuwait.
what paperwork is needed? is it as easy as in the US where you just sign the title?

Gov.uk is the government website so will be accurate.
I would also make sure you get a sale invoice document from the seller confirming he was leasable owner and has sold said vehicle to you and been paid in full. This will change nfirm you are the new legal owner.
