Another project 56 Chevy

Besides my Lotus build. I've decided to get back on track with my 56 Chevy pickup resto/mod. I've had it for over 20 years & had repainted the cab & front. But then got stalled by life (raising 3 boys etc). A couple of years ago I started to disassemble it again. For restoration but again got side tracked. Well yesterday I sent all the body work out to be sand blasted & primed. Then we can see what needs to be repaired & smoothed etc. In the mean time. I'll be working on the frame & drive line.suspension. I'm going to put a full C4 Corvette suspension under it. Yesterday I also got out the hot wrench & cut off all the old suspension brackets that were riveted to the frame (no going back now LOL). Looking for a 350 4 bolt for it now I have a 350 trans. Just need to take it to a trans. shop & have it gone through.
