The Ebay seller bought this car for less than £10k back in March this year at H&H Auctions (and I'm told that a lot of the work described on the Ebay listing was done before it went under the hammer):

H&H auction thread

In September, it was apparently sold on Ebay by the same seller for £17,000 ...

It needed a wiper motor then, not a fuse. My guess is that it still needs a motor.

First KVA on Ebay last time around.

At least he's got Ken Atwell's name right this time around /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif.

This car was just relisted today, about 3 hours ago acutally.

Here is the link to the new posting: KVA Mk III

Funny that he says, "When I purchased this car, it was not on the road and was a non runner. After spending lots of time and money it is now back on the road and back to it's former beauty."

Two red MKIIIs on Ebay at the same time? Must be some sort of record. The 4-pot has currently reached £15k. Blimey!

It is a different car altogether. What are the odds? Renault 6 cylinder? Must be the motor out of a Renault Laguna (Baccarat) Pokey little thing in the saloon and a 40 is lighter, but mates well with the Renault transaxle. If the motor pre-dates the Laguna then I don't know.

First one sold for £17K. Blimey! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
