This is very sad news. Roy was an enormous help to me in assisting in the creation of my GT40 - in fact he did most of the building as most of my spare time was taken up with building an aircraft at the time. RIP old friend. Chris

GOOD NEWS! The Speed Trials have been saved. The relevant committee on the Brighton Council have voted to reinstate the event this year. The campaign to save the event has obviously been successful and many thanks are due to all those who took part (which included Stirling Moss apparently).
