This is actually the Ford designation for General Parts, which is also the division that made the wiring harnesses for the MKII's and MKIV's according to the person that was in charge of all the electrical systems on the factory cars. You can check the SAE papers to see what changes were made...
I have the full set of prints from Len Bailey for the body shape of the car. At the present time I am putting them in CAD format since they are not in the best of shape because of the paper being so old. I would be interested in trading some of these for other prints to the car.

It just happend to be that was the amount of steel that was left on the roll when we got it. It is the same material that is used by Volvo and Mercedes. We are in the process of making more. Thanks

I can't see what Lee Holman would know about these, however the parts you may be referring to were used on some of the number roundels. They had a special transformer to light the white roundel panels which were electroluminescent panels. They were similar to what the military used for...
