Thanks Pete - this is good info. I'll pass this onto the my auto elec expert to see what he thinks. My plan atm is to get it going with the Autronic so when i come back to Aust at xmas i can at least drive it around and have some fun.

Hi Dimi, FYI - similar rules in SA regarding sunvisors, although they dont seem to monitor it as actively as in NSW. Im going with Mazda MX5 Series 1 sunvisors. These are neat little visors which fold in half, which is quite useful with the low headroom in the GT40. Good luck
