    I don't understand what you are saying. A mechanic from Freisinger in Germany ( FREISINGER MOTORSPORT - Porsche: Historische Rennwagen, Restauration, Tuning, Fahrzeuge & Teile ) did the suspension and brakes. I assumed it was done correctly. Could you explain a little more what you mean? Thank you

    Thank you Fred. So anyone any idea who might have granted these continuation numbers other then Safir? My chassis (All tough it has been modified and restored) has been around since at least 17 years (At least that's where my provenance ends). I would like to try to find the origin of these...

    Could this have been a Chassis which got Chassis continuation numbers directly from GT40 Safir Spares? Or is this rather unlikely?

    The car is not registered yet. Here in Belgium, in theory, it is quite easy to steel chassis numbers from a unregistered car. :uneasy:
