Hi, trying to get my Holley lemans 715 carb dialed in, unfortunately to adjust or even check the float levels you need to remove the bowls, I'm running a stock 302. I've been searching for a manual on adjusting the internal bowls, thanks
Still trying to dial in the clutch, I shortened the clutch pedal rod and increased the length of the slave cylinder rod to try to ensure the clutch is fully engaged when released and all the power is going thru the transaxle. But is there some more formal way to ensure no slipping, for instance...
In another post of mine I listed a problem with power to my back wheels - I have no problem shifting. Turn car on, push in clutch put in 1st gear, release clutch, car rolls forward but won't climb a 1/2" wood block even with aliitle more RPMs, same in reverse. My external clutch slave cylinder...
the pedal goes all the way down, It doesn't move, I fully release the pedal and it will weakly move forward or backwards in reverse, but can't go over even a 1/2" piece of wood when giving it gas. Im guess I need to reduce the pressure on the clutch but seeking a quick way to do it.
Just trying to dial in my ZF on my Mk2 - its mated to a 302 with a Kennedy bellhousing, external slave pushrod. When I release clutch, put into gear it will roll but has no power, even with more gas. Besides jacking up car, loosening up clutch, lowering and trying again is there any tricks...
Tornado uses a very long curved stem, I remember the other post, I was on that thread, haven't wanted to go the machine shop route, no place around me likes to take on small 1 piece jobs.

Thanks for trying, I can't tell if its on the firewall. I contacted Alan Mann LTD but haven't heard back from them yet, maybe they would have a blank tag. If I hear anything I will post here.

Thanks for the above, its actually a hand stamped aluminum tag but without anything else in the photo scale and location are impossible to determine, this is the only photo I can find
Hi, I'm looking for some more information about the metal Alan Mann byfleet chassis tag - I've seen pictures here but not the size or the location - I'm looking for an GT40 xgt-2 version, thanks

Hi looking for a Holman moody approx 2x4" chassis tag - not sure if brass or aluminum, it has the eagle on it with the CP in red usually held on with 2 rivets. I called them today and they said they don't sell those.
