So, I finally had time today to adjust the pedal box.
It really wasn't difficult - thanks to the above excellent video.
Suspension height also at a better level for road use, just need to get the geo corrected now!
Yep, thanks, made a quick-lift bracket from an old weightlifting bar and a bit of quarter inch plate, front lifted 15mm, rear will be going up later.
The front is now at a usable level for road driving.

I had a go at the 'from the footwell' method of adjusting the pedal box - just not able to get to the one back bolt out!
I'll raise the ride height, that looks easy enough, then get a local motorsport chassis company to corner-weight and set the geo.
