Re: 1080 & 1115 Are you sure it's 1115. I was at the Jefferson 500 at Summit Point Motorsports Park in West Virginia where the 1115 was run and has been for several years and which I had the peasure of riding in. The owner lives in Baltimore Maryland and also owns 1118.

I do have the pleasure of riding in post production chassis #1115 once in awhile at Summit Point Raceway in WV at our vintage events. I do believe that it is an original chassis remaining after the production run was ended.

Sorry about the wreck. From all the posts it seems like it was a replica. Not such a bad loss, altho bad in itself. I have Ronnie Spains book on all GT40's and am still a little confused on the chronological order of the cars built. I guess I need to read it a few more times.
