18 months to get it back on the track. I think the wait will be worth it.

Finally got to turn a wheel after 18 months. Feels silky and brutal, perfect.

Almost there, an oil pump switch and it’s done. ZF is now replaced with the Holinger MFT.

Good progress, soon it will be good and bolted down when it’s finished, oil cooler next.

Holinger MFT bolted into the block, now getting the rest of it bolted together.

New hub from Tilton Carbon clutch to fit MFT as the ZFQ didn’t fit.

Holinger sequential gearshift fits perfectly to replace the Gelscoe H pattern shifter that’s been in my SPF.

$36k MFT and then start adding the bits to install so my guess is add another $10k ish.

Not ready for Bathurst Challenge in ‘23 but there’s always next year.

Fits perfectly to replace a ZF or ZFQ, 65kg lighter than ZFQ and shorter. CV’s driveshafts will be around 15mm offset from centre.

True but the huge expense of constantly rebuilding a ZF/ZFQ for a track car is nuts and when the loss of track time too is frustrating. I can still do enough events without FIA rules.
