Oops! I didn't realize my first post was so misleading. I am looking for an actual chassis jig, one that you build tube frame, or basically any frame off of. Basically pictures or blue prints is what im after.

I dropped them an e-mail about their 550 spyder kits. It's been about a week now and still haven't gotten anything back. DO any of you in the industry know anything about these guys? It looks like they produce a quality kit and there site isn't very suspicious, so im thinking they are legit?

Yes i know, but i've seen some builds where they get the aluminum in pieces rather then welded. Sorry i must be mistaking the RCR with another manufacturer. Sorryf for the confusion.

Does RCR weld the aluminum panels on for every chassis or is that an option?

Yes but, do you rivet 1 or 2 then weld, then powder coat? Or do you tac weld the panels on then powdercoat?

Ron i have a question for you. I was looking at the beginning pages of your build and saw you had your chassis powdercoated and it looks like rhino lined the bottom. May i ask, did you have the aluminum panels welded on or riveted? If they were welded do you mind telling me the process...

Very cool, that is something i also considered was daily driving one. Just out of curiosity what kind of MPG did you get and with which motor? You can guesstimate on the MPG if you don't know for sure, either way a ballpark would be helpful. Does it ride good on the roads? Do you get a lot...
