Thanks all, nice to hear from you! Actually, I prefer the 3.5, mostly because I'm much less worried about frying the engine! I've already got another couple of Rover-powered cars so am pretty familiar with setup and tuning. It also means when I get round to getting a spare engine I can have one...

Hi Simon, Don't take me the wrong way - I love the GTD, gives me a tingle every time (and my other cars include an Aston and an Esprit). Looking on this forum though, everyone seems to have a Ford 302 (or more) and full race setup wheras I'm happy with the old Rover 3.5 and Granada...
