So I think that the gap between the tongues and glass is too much. I will add some fiber to hold the windscreen, do be that sure that I have my 3 mm space. I though, I can put some fiber glue on the critical positions, and make it in shape with the shape of the windscreen, and remove it just after.

Thank you for your comment, I choose to replace this central tube to 4 parallel square tube for a better stiffness. We will see if it's gonna be fine...but I think it's ok and it will be a very strong chassis I guess.
