Audi A4 DSG dual clutch transmission

I have not looked into adapter plates yet but since it fits a Audi engine I feel an adapter will not be hard to obtain

Not sure what your goal is here but if you look into the graziano transmission it also comes with a e gear / r-tronic.
It is basically just a hydraulic actuation. That is a much used transmission.

One of the issues you might run into is that the distance from the flange of the transmission to centre of the driveshafts is quite short, so a gt40 type construction will require moving the engine backwards. However if you are to use it in something else you will get a really compact driveline.

Hi wondering if anyone has used the dual clutch automatic out of a 2018 A4 these transmission are like a manual but automatically run i have found a aftermarket standalone controller from HTG Tuning https://htg-tuning.com/
The other transaxle from Audi is the 8HP55. This is a much more advanced than the DSG. But hard to get an adaptor plate. Search the forum for my thread on Jag V12 and 8HP55.
