Catalytic Converters - Race Cats

Hello:
Any recommendations for racing cats (2.5in pipes) for the LS7 ? I need to pass annual inspection for EU emission (< 0.3 percent CO).

I'm considering a pair of MagnaFlow 2,5 Zoll/64 mm Universal High Flow cats 200 cells #59956. Any experience with this model?

Expensive but surely better are the HJS 90 95 0070 cats. Any experience with these?

To partially answer my own question: the pair of High Flow 200-cells cats #59956 let me pass the emission test with ease.
Nevertheless I'll install a muffler with custom integrated HJS cats. I thereby hope to reduce the amount of heat emitted into the engine bay while keeping CO values low.
