Hi from France

I have been a member here for a while, but have never posted as I am not building a GT40; maybe next.

I am an expat living in France, I run a Dutton Phaeton S3 and a Robin Hood 2b while, at the same time, designing and building a reverse trike.

It's all here:INDEX

I have been tinkering with kits for over 40 years and have always thought that there was something missing! Missing was a book for the beginner on how to layout and equip a workshop, buy and use tools, select hardware, explain what all the bits do, and to contain plenty of workshop hints and tips.

So I wrote it!

Over 4000 explanations, hints, tips and trade secrets.

Review:

I have bought 3 copies. one for my old man, one for my brother in the states and one for me.This is a book to help us gain confidence, motivation and a better know-how of what we do in our sheds and garages. Rare to find humour mixed with technical info and at a beer money price. Worthwhile addition to any mans literature collection or garage toolbox. as the author says in the book, the most important tool to be used in the garage is your brain...
