Adaptor mounts on steering column and is secure BUT..do I remove or replace horn plate and clock spring ? They are broken and cracked.. do the steering columns come with covers? ...Even though steering not connected to steering rack seems to have a lot of movement when I pull it tight..its used from Rcr so I don't know if I'm missing screws and what not..
