Identifying Audi 016 gearbox / clutch

Hi all,
I have an Audi 016 box with a transfer plate mating to my 302.
My clutch needs replacing and having pulled it apart I have no serial numbers on the clutch or plate. This makes ordering a new clutch tricky...!!! Can anyone advise me based on the pictures attached what model and year of Audi my gearbox comes from so I can order the correct clutch kit...??
Pictures are taken off gearbox side and top of bell housing and top of case...
I am extremely grateful for any help that can be provided...

If it is like mine, the clutch and plate and flywheel and starter are from an English ford not an AUDI. I cant remember the exact model of the top of my head.I do know that they are quite common and not that expensive.When the model clicks in my head Ill post it. If you go back in the Transaxle forum I am sure you will find it. DJ

i happen to have a copy of the so called KCC build manual. It mentions a 228 mm VW kombi clutch and pressure plate

Hi Fred... you are a star Sir.... we looked up the 228mm cutch and indeed it does look very much like a Kombi T2 ftom 1989 2000cc...
We have ordered and are now keeping our fingers crossed...

Thanks so much Adrian... dating my gearbox has been an effort ...as you can see in the pictures it starts MO ...!!! Doesn't appear to correspond to the chart although it's vlearly a 016 Audi Box...

Your 016 is coded AEY. See attached listing of the various 016s - your AEY is the first one in the list. 4.11 final ratio.
