I've read through this forum a lot, especially technical data but this is my first post.
I've seen the drawing on the forum for the plate to adapt the 302 to the UN1 transmission but I haven't been able to find one to do the LS1 or small block chevy. My project is not a GT40 but it is another rear engine car; a DeLorean. I'm putting a Chevy LS1 in the back of mine.
The transmission is a Renault UN1 with an upgraded input shaft coupler. Unfortunately the chevy bellhousing is just WAY too big so I want to adapt the UN1 transmission and bellhousing to the LS1. The bolt pattern on the LS1 is the same as a small block chevy aside from one additional bolt on the LS1 at the 12 o'clock position.
Is there a drawing for this floating around? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I also have some questions about flywheel/clutch/starter options but that can come later. Thanks for the help!!
