RCR Rotor hat dimensions?

I'm designing a big brake setup for my new RCR and would appreciate two dimensions from the STD RCR rotor hats. The dimensions I need are in green below:

Basically the large hole diameter and the thickness of the hat (affects wheel spacing). If you could give me the front and rear hat dimensions (they may be different) that would be great. These are the last dims I need to start the manufacture of the hats.
