Source for Snap-off quick release hub?

Does anyone have a source for the Snap-off brand quick release steering wheel hub used in a Superformance GT40?

It needs to have a 78mm circle for the wheel.

A quick Google lense search revealed this:

Maybe that helps....
Thanks, but it has the wrong bolt circle for the steering wheel. Must be 78mm.

I solved this issue by making an adaptor plate with the 6x74 mm pattern bolting it to the Snap-Off boss and a 6x78 mm pattern for the wheel.

Nice work!
Doug,
the pic you posted about the snap off looked strange to me - on my Superformance it is a slightly different design. Please find some pics.
The diameter on the steering wheel is approx. 78mm

But there is also a adapter plate between steering wheel and snap-off

When mirroring the 78mm diameter to the underside of the snap-off it seems too big

See also additional drill holes which seem to be drilled afterwards (seemingly to attach the adapter plate)

A 70mm diameter seems to be right

Verdict: the factory snap-off should be 70mm with an adapter plate to 78mm

Your snap- off hub looks a little different than the one Fredrik P posted above.

Yours has some sort of key?

I agree. I need an adapter plate. Unfortunately, I'm no machinist.

Earlier cars had a key to lock the wheel on and two "mushrooms" to release the wheel. Later units have no key and two flanged stems to release.
