Who here has made a 'tool roll' for their build, something that is kept in the car like old Ferrari, Porsche, etc?

I am wanting to make a tool roll for one of my builds (Lotus Esprit). I've seen some nice leather tool rolls on Etsy, but they all just have slots for screwdrivers and wrenches. They don't seem to be made for car use.. I'm wanting to incorporate sockets as well, probably in a zippered or velcro pocket in the tool roll. The closest thing I could find to what I was looking for is a Carhartt tool roll which I bought, but it's not very sexy.

Why not just buy a nice complete tool roll for an S1 or S2? I think I’ve seen these on different Lotus forums. In fact, I think I have one sitting on my shelf.

Hi Dave:
Vintage tool rolls for sockets other than a spark plug socket may be difficult to find - may not be practical. Repro tool rolls (one for the tools and one for the jack) for the Jaguar E-Type are available. Sockets and drives, when they come along on my trips, go in their own case.
