Profiled self ejecting fastener

I saw that several GT40 are equiped on the front cover with self ejecting fasteners (1/4 turn), but with an aerodynamic profil. Instead to have 2 large lobes, the one oriented to the front of the car is smaller than the one of pointed the back of the car.
I tried to show you what I am thinking for by modifying a photo :

Does anyone know were to found this type of fastener ?

Dzus fastener, I believe the wing was silver soldered. Should be easy to make.
