Interesting, isn't it. Colorado and Washington "leagalize" pot...something that's totally against federal law, and the Obama Admin, in effect, is 'just fine' with it. BUT, the Obama Admin SUES states that pass laws which enable said states to enforce federal immigration laws as written.
The present admin's arrogance with regard to the constitution and the rule of law knows no bounds...and the so-called "conservative" Supreme Court has of late proven to be no better.

I never thought of that angle Larry, but politicians and hypocrisy seem to go hand in hand no matter what persuasion they are.
Personally I think there is a strong case for legalising drugs, which would take the profit away from criminals in a similar way ending prohibition did.
And it was only a couple of hundred years back when no drugs were illegal.
According to news reports this a.m., "legal" pot is selling for as much as $500 AN OUNCE in Colorado today. 'Think maybe might cause more than a few 'pot customers' to continue patronizing their local pushers?
Of course, the irony here is that all pot is currently illegal anywhere in the U.S. no matter where or from whom it's purchased. Well, according to federal law it's SUPPOSED to be anyway...
(Edit: In Colorado, employers have the legal right to fire any employee whom they simply FIND OUT is 'using' any drug on or off the job. They don't have to actually catch them in the act. The Colorado 'Supremes' have said so. Go 'figger'...)

Out of 50 states, you have listed five of the top ten states in per capita income..........
So your plan is to avoid states where folks make a high income?
You prefer Florida......................22nd in per capita income.

Forget the shops, make it a home delivery service and you would truly clean up. Plus you'd save alot in rental costs. After all, most will probably be 'Gauched Out '.
