Here is an interesting application of the Rolls-Merlin, in a Rolls. So I guess you'd call it a Rolls-Rolls-Merlin.
It was hand built over a period of years by an old gent using a war surplus Merlin from a P51 Mustang.
Photos are from the 2013 Orlando Festival of speed.

I built Jay Leno's "Tank Car" , 1800 cu.in. v12 air cooled, 190" wheel base!!! See it all at " Randy Grubb.com," guaranteed to make you LOL. The next car I called the Blastolene Indy Spl. had the same motor but I went 160" wheel base witch made it a much better car to drive!
Big motors are fun!!

That is quite a car, must have been a fun build. Leno seems like he would be a nice guy to work for. Who did the metal work on the car?

I did the whole car ,chassis, body, ect. I have a Youtube thing called
"Randy Grubb's Garage" just about to post episode #5. Have you seen my Decoliner, or my Decopods, I'll bet you've seen Piss'd-Off-Pete the semi truck I did. It's all at Randy Grubb.com
