I’m also waiting on a roller from Chris but I’m a little farther down the line than you. Hopefully I’ll get mine around July. If you haven’t seen it already check out Umi Mech on Facebook. It’s Peters active power that he’s built. He posts on here some but his Facebook he updates more often and...
They don't have a ton of manifold layout options for the coyote unfortunately. I'll probably end up with a firewall bump. I've seen what Steve was trying with his kit before he sold it but I'm guessing he would have to have cut a very large portion of the rear clamshell out and I'm still not...
Did you decide to go with ITBs because there wasn't a good way to use a normal intake? I've got my kit from Chris on order and I'm trying to decide how I should approach the coyote intake. Chris used a cobra elbow and a bump in the firewall but I'd like to avoid that if I can.
Also, have you...
I work in Greenville and can say that there is at least one around here. I’ve seen it at cars and coffee a couple times. I don’t have it yet but my kit should be ready to pick up this summer so I can start building mine. Looking forward to seeing your car around!
Based on what he says in the video and his comment section he’s using it for puncture protection. I’m sure a real fuel bladder would work better than this but I guess it would be better than just an empty aluminum tank like a lot of guys run.
I’ve watched several videos this guy has done and he definitely is an artist with fiberglass. But I’ve never heard of anyone lining a tank like this with urethane. If it works like he claims I think it’d be really helpful for a gt40. What do you guys think?
