Congratulations Chris. I know you have spent a lot of time and money getting to this point and you should be proud of your achievement. The car is fast, and these last couple races have really shown us where we are lacking with the GTM. Thanks for making us work harder and go faster! :)

13 hr at VIR 2013..new sponsor too

Glad to see that you guys have taken notice of OUR long term sponsor Baja Designs and gotten something on your cars other than an orange equipment LED light bar. It was easy to spot in the review mirror, but obviously left your drivers almost blind when other cars, like our Baja Designs equipped...

Congrats Chris. After all that the #4 only finished 46 seconds behind. We should have some fun at the 25.

Congratulations Chris on a hell of a first showing. The 25 is shaping up to be a heck of an event this year...as it is every year. Best of luck to you.

Just call me .... Howard Jr.

They start in the same position, but the do not end up in the same position, which is why there needs to be space between the clevises and the pedal, and why the crossbar needs to be able to rotate.

Just call me .... Howard Jr.

Did you even LOOK at the pictures? I never said that Fran got anything wrong. What I said was that the way the pedal assembly was setup IN THAT PICTURE with the added spacers and tightened down so that no rotation could occur, WILL CAUSE A BINDING AND NO BIAS ADJUSTABILITY. Alex just needs...

I beg to differ. Put the system together the way it is in the first picture on an operating car that has been brake system tuned, and see what happens to the bias bar. It WILL bind. Again, I thought maybe it was set up that way for mock up purposes or something, but I guess not. Whatever the...

If no one chims in, and I remember, I will take a picture of a race car that is in my shop right now with this particular setup. It ends up looking like the MC pivot points are loose, but that's how it's supposed to be. :)

They end up crooked because you are tightening them down too far. It looks like RCR built this piece? I think you should have a talk with Fran as to how the design is supposed to be adjusted. Tight is NOT right. When done correctly and the pedal is actuated, it will look really wierd with one MC...

Just call me .... Howard Jr.

Not only different size MCs, but if you run varying size front and rear piston size calipers, or varying size rotors front and rear, or if you run mixed types of pads, or if you just want to get maximum braking out of the system, then an adjustment of bias to, usually, front is required. If that...

    RCR's new car..962

Well the vette guys seem to have ALL KINDS of issues with this. Go look on LS1tech.com and just search for "LS3 oil starvation" or "LS3 dry sump". Many MANY threads about this. I must say that the crate engine pan that came with the engine I have looks pretty impressive on the inside, as far as...

There is usually a pivot ball in there on the pedal, as well as on the MCs themselves. Did you buy that setup, or make it? The MC side looks OK with the clevises, but I thought you may have put those aluminum bushings in for setup reasons on the pedal or something and were going to remove...
