    Ford vs. Ferrari--New Official Trailer

Found out about this film a few months ago, very excited for it’s release. Really hope they do the story, people, place and cars justice. If it is purely set around 1966, maybe 1967 too, then I think there should be a couple of follow up films of the JW Automotive years, 1st being the GT40...

    Hi there!

Welcome again, sorry but taking a second bite at the cherry! Been lurking occasionally. If you read my intro back in 2011 I was due to move to Vancouver. This became a perfect storm of work, world economic and family events that stopped me going, so we stayed in the UK. Still working at JLR...

    The Inside Job

Haven't heard about this film. Is it on sky? I really enjoy the documentary films, but have to trust that the research and portrail are correct and factual. Michael Moore does sensationalise some of the issues with some of his stunts. Working at the heart of the Automotive industry, in...

New Jaguar E-Type to be built

Nice, but nothing to do with Jaguar as explained above. I work for Jaguar in PD, and we have left retro well and truly in the past! There is some awesome stuff in the design studio....wait and see. Here's our latest sports car offering, and latest concept showing a glimpse into the future:

    RCR's Next car should be.....

For pure race machines, I also like the idea of the Auto Union, but would the V16 be a bit difficult to source??? And that is the essence of the car in my view. what about this? One has already been made by Chris Rea. No originals exist!

    RCR's Next car should be.....

Well, I think Fran has a pretty amazing choice already. My absolute favourites are already covered. GT40, P4, 917 and XJ13. There's only one missing. 250LM anyone? If there is another body shape that deserves a decent outing, all be it with no pedigree of racing, it's the Alfa 33 Stradale.

    24h du le Mans 2011

As I work for Jaguar I'd have to go for the XJR's of the same era as the C9! However I get giddy at the thought of the McLaren F1's, as they won conclusively at my first Le Mans visit. Since then I have a real soft spot for the Audi R8, as I've seen it dominate several races, outclassing the...

    24h du le Mans 2011

I'm normally there. Started going in 1995. thing is I'll be trying to move out to Vancouver before or around then. I'm a Mazda Rotary fan, and this year is 20 years since the 787B won, so pretty gutted! Same offer next year? :-)

    Hi there!

No probs Randy, and thanks. I have 15 years experience at Jaguar as an Engineer in Product Development. I'm sure I may be able to share other knowledge here, especially as I have built a kit also. It was a Westfield 7.

    Hi there!

As I'm still introducing myself, I'd like to share my latest work project. You see, the past time that fills my lazy days is designing and Engineering the Exterior Lighting at Jaguar. My first attempt at lighting was the all new XJ which seemed to go down pretty well! Now, finally after 3...
