    Ford vs. Ferrari--New Official Trailer

I think it was really cool they had involved the sons including Gurney's son playing his dad. Nice touch. Sure liberties were taken but it sure was a really entertaining movie that anyone will enjoy the heck out of.

    Ford vs. Ferrari--New Official Trailer

Saw it last night ...well worth seeing. Seriously who on this forum wouldn't go to see their favorite cars featured on the big screen in 2019? Been a long, long wait for a great car movie.

I sure appreciate the direction you went with the aluminum block SBC.

    GT40 Avenger

Looks like low budget , FUN build to me. First thing I'd consider is that I have seen the V8 Tornado versions for sale up here in western Canada for real reasonable running and driving so you may consider one of those if you want to scare yourself...but what you have there looks fun too. King...

    Manta Montage Suspension Swap

Good advice as always, Neil. I'm doing the back end first as it was quite sketchy with the locked out citation spindles, citation brakes and pinch bolt secured ball joint. Not worth bothering adapting halfshafts or brakes to.

    Manta Montage Suspension Swap

The GTM appears to have a pretty close rear suspension layout to stock C5/C6-upper arm pivots level /lower arm pivots @2" higher front than back. Active power upper seems pretty much level upper /lower only a bit higher in the front than rear pivot.

    Manta Montage Suspension Swap

The GTM seems to me to stick pretty close to stock C5C6 suspension points (upper control arm pivots pretty much level, lower control arm pivots a little over 2" higher on the front over the rear) while the Active power setup also has the upper arm points level and the lower arm pivots with the...

    Must have tools for garage

Must have Milwaukee cordless impacts, wratches and grinders. As soon as I finish getting the crop seeded I am heading straight to my Milwaukee dealer to buy the cordless impact wrench and the grinder. The impacts are AMAZING. Was changing shanks on a seeder by hand with a 3' pipe on a 2'...

    Manta Montage Suspension Swap

Thx for the input and wise words fellas. Yep I considered many things before I dived into this chassis reconstruction. The manta suspension just looks weak in many areas and has to go.

Activepower gt40 C5 rear suspension points?

Hey lucky Active power gt40 owner/builders, I've been eyeing up your rear chassis C5 suspensions as I need direction with my Manta rear C5 conversion. It looks to me like the lower and upper control arm mounting points are both mounted level front to rear . Am I seeing things or is that...
