Worked on panel location and side-pod close-outs, now that I have the general location set, I can drill up vertical supports for the panel & box everything in. Side-pod covers I’ll cut pie-plate holes in like the original car had to access everything…

Of course, I’m definitely going to split & widen…looks to be about 3” on both sides. Does anyone know where I can get some door handles, hinges and maybe some headlight units? I think I can fab about everything else for the most part, I would like a few original style parts to add some nostalgia.

Dropped the engine/transaxle combo back in place so I can fabricate firewall & check bodywork fitment.

Great job, I’ve been in Aviation for 35 years, just go to it. Cut, form, clamp TIGHT. Pull apart often to clean shavings, your doin great.

i’m working on correcting the proportions now for the stretch. I think I’m getting close. This is a 5” stretch in the upper doors & side windows.
