    Dash Fan Switch - Issue?

HVAC Fan Run-on with Key-off Fuses 15 & 16 are always hot and supply relays J & K respectively. If relay J fails closed, the HVAC fans will run at medium speed with key-off. If relay K fails closed, the HVAC fans will run at high speed with key-off.

    Dash Fan Switch - Issue?

Hi, With the ignition key off: If relay A or B sticks closed, both fans run at low speed If relay C sticks closed, one fan runs at high speed If relay D sticks closed, neither fan runs Relays A & B are interchangeable Relays C & D are interchangeable Any of the HVAC switches and sensors can...

    wiring question

Hi, That Brn/Bk wire is intended to give an FI ECU control over the fans. Grounding this wire produces the same action as engaging the fan override switch on the dash. The water temp sensor is up front on the drivers side of the radiator. Good luck, Steve

    LS Steam Tube

Hi, The LS-style bleed system is more than a way to help fill the system without an air pocket. Engines produce vapor when are run hard and need a place for this vapor to condense. The header tank serves this purpose. Having the phase change at hot spots is an efficient way of locally cooling...

    Wiring question

Hi, The wiper park relay is powered thru fuse 11 and is hot if the wipers are parked with the key-on. SPF choose to use a common 3 position switch rather than a wiper specific switch then they added a relay to enable a park function. This relay is behind the small dash access hatch to the left...

    Superformance GT40 Wiring Diagram

Hi, I have been helping Blas with the wiring diagram by using my car as a standard from the factory. We have run into an issue with the front lights wiring. My car, P2319, has the right & left lights reversed compared to the factory info. Three factory documents are consistent in that they show...

SPF 2319 now in So Cal

Thanks for the generous offer Ron. I will PM you to exchange contact info. I bought a ZF-2 from a '72 Pantera about 40 years ago and have been lugging it around from house to house. I was building kit cars with some friends at the time and I thought I might use it in a Manta, than a V8...
