I thought your car was a Mk1?
Most of the time the rating of the spring is either tagged or engraved on the flattened side of the upper/lower coil.. You’d have to remove the spring to see it..
You're correct it's a Mk1. I had a root canal this morning so I'll blame my mistake on my tooth.
I was hoping I could order a spring and then swap them. I'll wait till I get it back from the paint shop.
Thanks Randy
Dwight, I run the 650lb up front (7") and 550lb (10"?) at the rear. 2.5" id springs. I'm running QA-1 double adjustable shocks mounted upside down (dials up).

Some track use but the majority is on the open road/mountain drives. It has a very "plush" ride with the 15" Avons and handles well on the track. No sway bars are installed so it helps to increase that rate to minimize the body roll. Notice the shock angle at the front of the RCR above compared to the near vertical mounted rear shock. Those spring rates work real well on the RCR, IMO.
