Leon, it looks like your rebuilding an older CAV is that correct? I see the vapor lines to your coolant reservoir already quite 'old' and grimey looking.
Funny thing is, I'm doing exactly the same on chassis #22.. would love to get in touch with you on what your doing, and share some solutions and problems.
