Hi
None that I am aware of, Mick always said he was going to do one someday but building cars got in the way!!
Some good build logs on here though, I must update mine!!
Cheers
There are quite a few build threads on them, mine is linked below (this one is more up to date). aAny questions you have will be able to be answered by one of us I’m sure.
the lack of manual did daunt me to begin with but by the time the build gets going you realise you don’t need one, build manuals are for Caterhams and Ultimas IMO...
Like the other guys said....looking at the build logs and other posts on this site will tell you all you need to know. And, if you're stuck, a quick call to Mick Sollis or post a question on here and you will get the answer...sometimes more than one answer!
Co-incidentally, @IanAnderson posted a link yesterday evening to the GTD40 manual and wiring diagrams:-
OK, I will go through the Build Log section here. Do you know about any already finished threads in there that it is definitely worth looking at and should not be missed ?
Thought I would begin a thread to detail my building of a SouthernGT from Mick Sollis based near Southampton in the UK. Basically this has all come about after buying a GTD last June. After owning the car for some time I decided to start a slow upgrading to personalise the car as most owners do...
The build manual for the GTD is of no use. Neither is the wiring diagram for building the SGT. It takes alittle time like Paul said to get into things and once you understand its function and purpose it goes good. Manuals are just confusing, but I’m very lucky to have great friends with the same builds as mine.
