I would also be interested but I have been asking for just a replacement set of side windows for a while now and nothing yet from RCR may have to try and make them myself
Rufus I was thinking if you roll a sheet of metal to the radius of the window I think you could take a tinted piece of Lexan and put it in an oven at say 375 degrees I believe it would fall right to the shape of the metal template
I haven't put in my windows for several months. If raining, not going out in the race car. If too cold, not going out in the race car. The heater in these things are pretty amazing. I have some more foam to seal the cockpit, but it stays toasty when desired.
Finally finished consulting project and the car is finished except for the finish interior. Interior is scheduled for August first install. I will post a few pictures of interest.
More pictures of painting in process. Bought an inflatable booth and did the work in my driveway. Had to wait on cooler weather as the heat can get too high in the booth causing problems.
Looks good! I have been planning on buying basically the same inflatable booth when I’m ready to repaint my Street Rod and C10 pickup truck. Any issues other than the greenhouse effect?
For the booth you will need to buy very good filters. I bought the type that are sticky on one side from my paint supplier and duct taped them on. The zippers are weak so be careful with them and lube them when you first blow up the booth.
