Interesting. Never looked up the T&D rockers. Learn something new.
Looks like they have a range of different offsets available off the shelf. See page 26 or there abouts of the cattle dog.
T&D Machine Products - Catalog (tdmach.com)
The rest of the ford stuff seems to be on page 18.
T&D are top of the line. I have them on a Super Stock FE 427 with over .700 lift camshaft. Notice the head Bolts go through the shaft mounts.

Did you order something special or different with the front fire wall/spare tire recess? looks like its straight across - like 1075/Mirage chassis. also no fluid reservoir cut outs. ?

It's a 50th Anniversary tribute to P1075, Wide body, carbon reinforced clam shell, notice the door handles are not push style but are slide style. Same as Tool Room but no Gurling Brakes and has AC. Not sure the differences on the spare tire cut out and reservoir cut outs? I will ask and let you know. Thanks for noticing.

Missed that detail, the more you look the more you see.

I now see you only have a single fuel filler as per 1075, chassis still has the cut out for the second filler but does not have the filler tube that runs between the tanks under the driver's knees/seat. Probably a good thing for something that will see road miles. There are other more practical options for linking the tanks in this day and age.

I can also see the additional vents in the rear body work and the B52 marker light in the rear tail section. Nice little details.

Ryan , Here's a picture I received yesterday of the reservoir's along with forty others of the final inspection. Should be headed this way soon. Looks like they made nice mounts to the evaporator box not sure how they used to be but seem to remember people changing how they were. Thanks..

Hi, thats a very interesting photo. Any idea why there is an MGB steering rack fitted, and not an original style rack?

Kind regards
Morten

Not sure the difference? Right hand drive?? When searched I could only come up with left hand drive racks and the appear similar.
This is a Gelscoe, big difference in rack.

The MGB rack is used to reduce costs. The original type rack is used in the "Tool room" cars. The MG rack has brackets that mount to the original mounting points so the Cam Gears magnesium rack can be installed if desired. The brackets place the MG rack in position for proper bump steer. If desired, the Cam rack can be specified optionally. Remember, the 289 and 427 Cobras used the MGB rack as well!

Strange that a £100 reconditioned MGB rack is used as an argument to keep the cost down in a £300 000 pluss car.

Rick, Thank you for your input. They are not budging on the Gelscoe rack. Also battling the build sheet says Exhaust kit for 302 as P1075 and there base head port design and not Gurney Westlake head port as P1075. It's a Tribute which is the Toolroom car with AC.

Original racks were made by "Cam Gears LTD" according to this thread.
Original bits II | GT40s

Cam Gears limited was renamed to TRW CAM GEARS LIMITED in 1983
TRW STEERING SYSTEMS LIMITED overview - Find and update company information - GOV.UK (company-information.service.gov.uk)

lots of other UK made cars, including the MG portfolio of cars used racks from Cam Gears limited. A lot of the GT40 design features are similar or recognizable from the Cam Gears products.

Would need to check, but I think the original GT40 housings were cast from Magnesium for weight reduction. This could bring with it, certain maintenance requirements if it is to be made from Mg today.

even the full tool room cars do not fit the GW heads, they are just for the 289/302. They can be modified, but they should have a GW option IMO

Yeah, I think if it's represented as a tribute and P1075 had GW heads that's what should be on the package and if the owner chooses base 302 heads then he should get that package. ☹️
