I don't have specific part numbers as I purchased the trans as you see it, with the slave set up already done. I can point you to who I used (was referred there by Ron McCall, "Pantera1889" or something on the forum). It was Dennis Quella at Pantera Performance in Colorado: Pantera Performance
You might try dropping Ron a note on the forum as he could probably rattle off some part numbers easily for you.
