Hi Scott, sorry for the slow response, didnt notice the message. The difference was mine had been originally driven in Canada, so it still showed up on the ICBC computers. I got a signed letter from ICBC and that was good enough for the border. So, your copy from state DMV might work, as long as its original signature signed by DMV and/or notarized.

Mark - I was curious to know what constituted PROOF of 15+ years old when you imported your Cobra? I'm guessing a title showing the first time it was registered? Was it the original title? I'm wondering if a copy of title will be ok and/or a printout from the website of a particular states DMV. Just curious to know in your own experience what constituted proof. Please let me know.
