Regarding your question: "Who can build me a Dart based 347 with Borla injection for a "reasonable" price without drama", maybe you'd be interested in one of my completed engines? I have two for sale.
The first is a 341 based on a Ford Motorsports block using Kinsler injection. More info is posted here:

The second engine is an all aluminum 6L engine with a custom carbon fiber cross ram intake. It's build for a Riley and Scott LMP1 car and is the same engine proven in 24 Hr endurance races. It took me over two years working with the builder to get it completed so I can certainly appreciate your apprehension over starting a new build - even with a reputable engine builder.
The LMP1 engine is $25K w/o the intake.
Both engines have zero hours.
