    RCR MK1 Spring Rates

RCR GT40 MK1 351 with QA1 500lb rear springs and 400lb front. Front seems to be fine however rear seems I little too stiff. I am considering going to 400 or 450 on rear. Car is for road use only and the roads are not in very good shape. Anyone using 400-450 springs in rear? Thanks Phil

    Emergency Brake Issue

I have the RCR Wilwood Emergency Brake setup. In order to pass sate inspection with the car running the e brake needs to stop the car from moving forward when releasing the clutch. No matter how much I tighten the cables the pads will not stop the car from moving. Is this common or anyone else...

    ZF flipped for my RCR40

Rod The top 2 bolts should be M10. I chose to screw a threaded stud into the transaxle to act as a dowel to slide into the Bell Housing rather than bolting it from the inside of the Bell Housing.

RCR40 - Help with dash fit and placement - AC vents

Not sure if these help. I did shorten the bottom of the dash leg where it meets the chassis. It measures 13 1/2".

RCR40 - Help with dash fit and placement - AC vents

Chet I had the same issue and not much I could do about it except to squeeze the hose in as best I could. It was the only solution I could come up with other than major modifications.

    Sean's RCR GT40 build

Sean With the 351 it's tight but the alternator should fit. I notched out the chassis for some extra room but really wasn't necessary.

    Phil's RCR GT40

Sean Not sure where I got this seal from I think it was some household item I had laying around..I think it may have come from Home Depot or Lowes. For some reason I had a slight uneven gap there and did not like the way it looked so I used that seal for a better finished look. It really should...
