    Headlight Options

Howard, About a year ago, I replaced the incandescent bulbs with these LEDs. The removal and replacement was easy and they are very bright. Amazon says they are currently unavailable, but MICTUNING makes other LEDs...

Passenger Ride wanted for a lifelong fan...

Had a similar situation recently. A good friend and former coworker brought his Father over to look at the cars. When it came time for them to leave, I offered to drive his Father back to his house and my friend to follow us. It was a great opportunity to give an older gearhead a nice ride. When...

If it's a late model Ford Motorsport BOSS 302 block (M-6010-BOSS302), the oil pressure port is stbd rear of the block. The port front is blocked off. I have this block in my '66 Mustang.

SPF GT Wheel Spinner Issues (Early Cars)

Morten, I can't answer the anodizing question. For my case, the powder cures at 400 deg F, so no issues with alloy spinners.

SPF GT Wheel Spinner Issues (Early Cars)

I'm about to do this powder coating on my spinners. I'm using Prismatic Powders "anodized" looking blue and red colors. Is there a good reference to the origins of this color coding practice? I believe Lynn when he says some teams used the scheme at Lemans. I'm just wondering where it all...

    Four Post Lift Recommendation

Howard, the arms swing out of the way enough to drive the car between. The arms are telescoping and fairly low profile. Bendpak provides several heights of pads to go on the ends of the arms as well. I have had no problem with the GT40 on this lift. See here for info on the low profile arms...

Thanks! Pulled K last night and confirmed that it controls the fan on high speed. Cleaned off the terminals and pushed it back in - same failure mode. Planning to replace relay K. Tim

    Dash Fan Switch - Issue?

Steve, Thanks for the info, but this is the heater blower fan inside the car. And it DOES run during the failure mode, even with the key off. Tim

    Dash Fan Switch - Issue?

I've noticed in recent drives that my fan switch on the dash in behaving differently than before. When I pull into the garage after a drive, I generally turn off the A/C before stopping the engine. Sometimes rotating the switch to zero turns off the fan and compressor clicks off, but more often...
