The Driven Experience Co: Renting a 991 GT3 in California

I wanted to share a fantastic experience I had renting a 991 GT3 from a company called The Driven Experience Co. I recently travelled to California from the Midwest and was looking for a fun car to rent while I was out there. I stumbled across a rental company with some awesome driver’s cars...

Scott, really looking forward to seeing what you do with the blue cf and hearing what you have to say about the process. I have wanted to do something similar for a long time with blue/black weave. I'm hoping you go full body

Definitely! It's amazing how much more grip the 488 has than the 458. It took me some time to trust its abilities over the 458, and that's only a couple years difference in the technology!

Dream Racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway

Appreciate the comment! I guess it does depend to some extent on who your driving instructor is. At Dream Racing, I actually did bounce off the rev limiter a few times in the 488 (revs unbelievably quickly) and had more freedoms on the track than other companies. Karting looks like a blast and...

Dream Racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway

I drove a 488 GTB and 991 GT3 cup car. This is pretty much the only place in the world you can readily drive a cup, and I highly recommend it if you get the chance. I’ll try to post a video of a lap or two. Best lap in the 488 was 59 seconds and change and 54 seconds and change in the cup. Was...

Dream Racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway

Hey guys. I’ve made it a habit of trying out exotic car driving experiences over the last few years. Between friends and myself, we’ve done a lot of these things. I recently did some laps with Dream Racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. I wanted to share my thoughts, especially things that I...

Wheels look great, Scott! Thanks for sharing the contact. That honestly looks like a great way to go for just about any project. How do you look through the 500 ish wheel designs already produced? Contact LB forged? Or is there some catalog online? (didn't see a complete one on their site)

    Allan's GT-R First start

Looks so mean, Allan  Do you plan to run a wing? I don't suppose the kit comes with dash toggle switches like in the FGT, does it?

    Allan's GT-R First start

Looks incredible, Allan! First pic anyone has posted of the gauges as well. Can't wait to see pics with the body on at ride height. Looks like it won't be long now! What size Nittos are you running? I don't suppose the kit comes with aluminum toggle switches for the dash, does it? Always...
