    It will be a while before I finish the whole upright but here are the parts I'm using. The 928 stub axle is a machined forging (!). That's a 928 wheel bearing and I made a titanium hub for a 5x4.5 bolt pattern.

    Good question. Superformance did source individual CVs from GKN and used custom axles. I don't know why they were able to but I was not.

    Audi 016 compared to a Porsche 915

    How much does the 016 weigh? I have a couple of magnesium case 915s and they weigh 99 lbs.The alum ones are about 10-12 more as I understand. I specifically wanted a 915 mag case instead of a G50 because of weight.
