    Sean's RCR GT40 build

Sean, Very nice! I loved the video outside the dyno. I could listen to that all day, unlike the kid's Subaru a few doors down with the "fart can" muffler.

    Stack's Active Power GT40 Build

Mark, looks like your are making great progress. I have spoken with Chris over the past few years and hopefully will be starting a build in the near future. I have the suspension pieces and am building my engine at this point. The chassis construction looks very similar to the process of...

    Stack's Active Power GT40 Build

They do clean up well. I took it a step further and painted mine with Eastwood's Aluma Blast paint. https://www.eastwood.com/ew-aluma-blast-paint-aerosol-12-oz.html Rob

    Steve's GT-R Build Thread

Steve, I just re-wired my Daytona Coupe with the same harness from Speedway. It was much easier than the previous Painless harness, or an American Autowire Harness from my Cobra. I do not have a GM style column or plug, so I may not be of help. Using the turn signal as an example, my car has a...

    Miami Active Power Build

George, The suspension looks great! Are you running 17" wheels required with the Corvette suspension, or did you opt for the modified suspension and using 15" wheels. Any info on the wheels would be appreciated. Rob

    Miami Active Power Build

Thanks George, I had the FAST EZ EFI on my coupe(first generation). I ended up selling it and going back to a carb. My HP and cam were a little too aggressive for the programming. It was a simple plug and play, and the support was great.

    Miami Active Power Build

George, I am really interested in following this build. I have talked with Chris a few times and started acquiring C5 suspension parts. It sounds like my build plan is similar to yours. Small block, 997 transaxle, basic build. Hopefully I can keep the Daytona Coupe and still build this.. Rob

    Looking for FE engine knowledge

Gale, I had an FE in my Cobra. It started life as a 390 truck motor, but was bored and stroked to 428. 390's are readily available used and aftermarket. From the outside, unless they looked to see if it was cross-drilled, most people would not know the difference from a 390, 406, 410, 428, or a...

Thanks Steve! I did not know if you are on this forum, I did not want to identify you as the CAV owner , without your knowledge. Hope to see you soon! Rob

    Cars and Coffee photo

Had a brief moment to get a shot of a friend's CAV GT40, another's Superformance Roadster and my Coupe. I plan to reshoot this in a more suitable location, they just looked too good together to pass this up. Rob
